Return & Exchange Policy

At Tinku & Co., each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. As many of our products are made-to-order or handmade, we encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with photo evidence of the damage.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within 7 days of approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged on arrival.

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items purchased on sale or part of a limited-time collection
  • Products that show signs of use
