At Tinku & Co., each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. As many of our products are made-to-order or handmade, we encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with photo evidence of the damage.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within 7 days of approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged on arrival.

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items purchased on sale or part of a limited-time collection
- Products that show signs of use
